How access works

What you can and cannot see

  • You see the families assigned to you. Not the whole caseload. A therapist working with six children sees six children.
  • This is enforced by the database, not the page. A bug in the website cannot widen your access, and neither can editing the URL.
  • You can write session notes and upload plans for your own clients. Notes written here are read by the family, so write them for that reader.
  • Administrators see more, because someone has to schedule and invoice. Who holds that role is recorded.
  • Every session note carries your name. Not as surveillance — because a family is entitled to know who wrote what about their child.

Before you write anything here. This holds identifiable information about children. Do not sign in on a shared device, do not leave it open, and do not paste anything from here into a message. If you think something has gone wrong, say so immediately — a mistake reported in an hour is an incident; one reported in a month is a breach. See privacy & data protection.
